New patients

This hospital operates by a one-patient-one-number system. Please check again if you have visited Kawasaki Municipal Hospital in the past.

Reception hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Our staff at the "1st Floor/First-time Patient Reception Counter" will assist you, so please bring your health insurance card and notify the staff of which medical department you will be visiting.

*Regarding the additional fee for a first-time visit without a referral letter, please refer here.

*Please also bring your Resident Card. Visitors to Japan are required to bring their passports.
