Check-in process for visitors
- Please come to the 1st Floor General Information Desk and receive a visitor's permit.
- Please hang your permit around your neck or somewhere visible at all times.
- After the visit, please return the permit to the General Information Desk.
Types of Visits
1. General visit
- Face-to-face visits with admitted patients, delivering necessary items, etc.
- Permitted length of visits: once a day for 1 hour (staff may remind visitors if they have exceeded this length of time)
- Number of visitors permitted: up to 2 people at a time
2. Special visit
- When attending for a surgery, receiving an explanation from a doctor, being called in from the hospital, picking up a patient at the time of discharge from the hospital, visiting the Newborn Room (Maternity Ward), etc.
- Number of visitors permitted: up to 2 people at a time
- There is no limit to the time you can spend in the hospital, but please return home after explanations and other procedures are completed.
3. Pediatric visit
- Parents of Pediatric and Neonatal Ward patients, etc.
4. Attending at the time of admission to the hospital
- Transporting belongings at the time of admission, completing procedures required in hospital wards, etc.
- Number of attendants permitted: 1 person
- There is no limit to the time you can spend in the hospital, but please return home after all procedures are completed.
*Regarding ICU/CCU, Emergency Medical Ward, Pediatric Ward, Neonatal Ward, or Maternity Ward, explanations will be provided at each ward.
Points to note when visiting
- Please wear a mask at all times in the hospital.
- Please do not come into contact with other patients.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited in hospital rooms.
If you wish to eat or drink something, please use day rooms or restaurants in each ward separately from patients (no talking while eating).
