Information regarding admission sets

Kawasaki Municipal Hospital has decided to provide admission sets from an outside vendor to further enhance our services to patients and their families and to improve infection control inside and outside the hospital. Clothing, towels, and disposable diapers are available on a daily fixed-fee basis for patients who wish to use them. Admission sets are available through a direct contract between the patient and the management contractor (Amenity Co., Ltd.).

A Set @295 yen (tax not included) x number of days used	Sleepwear (one of the following: a pajama, a light cotton robe, a cotton kimono, or a nursing care nightgown) Towels (bath towels, face towels, wet paper towels)
B Set @795 yen (tax not included) x number of days used	Sleepwear (one of the following: a pajama, a light cotton robe, a cotton kimono, or a nursing care nightgown) Towels (bath towels, face towels, wet paper towels) Disposable diapers (pants-type, tape-type, incontinence pads, disposable wipes)

*Sleepwear and towel rent includes such services as sterilization and dry cleaning.
There is a reduced-payment plan for welfare recipients and households exempt from residential tax, so please ask us about it.
